Knowledge of shamanism, magic, healing
Seidr (also known as: Seid, Seidhr) is a form of shamanic practices, once grown, mainly by Germanic tribes. The term also refers to the modern reconstruction, which are primarily concerned with Seer and the soothsayers.
The word "Seidr" probably derives from Old Norse and means all the many - often differing magical practices.

In Norse culture - a phenomenon commonly Seidr was accepted and valued. But people involved in this activity darzono great respect. Maseczka na włosy przesuszone - zawiera w sobie dużo potasu i witamin. Uzyskamy ją z rozgniecionego banana i wymieszanego z łyżka miodu. Maseczkę o konsystencji kremu nakładamy na włosy, wcześniej zmoczone w ciepłej wodzie. Uzyskana papkę nakładamy na umytą głowę. Po jej nałożeniu delikatnie ją wcieramy we włosy, a następnie nakładamy czepek foliowy. Po nałożeniu czepka owijamy głowę ręcznikiem i pozostawiamy tak przez 20 minut.
Będzie potrzebne:
Maseczka bananowa – do jej przygotowania potrzeba dużo składników:
- jeden banan
- dwie łyżki jogurtu naturalnego
- dwie łyżeczki oleju z pszenicy
- dwie łyżeczki mleka skondensowanego
- jedna łyżeczka miodu
1 Wszystkie składniki mieszamy za pomocą miksera.
2 Maseczkę nakładamy na umytą głowę.
3 Po jej nałożeniu delikatnie ją wcieramy we włosy koniuszkami palców, a następnie nakładamy czepek foliowy, owijamy głowę ręcznikiem i pozostawiamy tak przez 15 minut.

Niestety są osoby, które mają ogromne problemy z cerą. Zanim trafią na krem odpowiedni dla siebie, mija często sporo czasu. Wtedy nie myślą już one o jakiejkolwiek zmianie. Gorzej, gdy z rynku krem ten zostanie wycofany – wtedy stres i gorączkowe poszukiwania rozpoczynają się
właściwie od początku.

Z tego też powodu lepiej znaleźć właściwy przepis i spróbować wykonać samemu krem z podstawowych produktów, które zawsze są dostępne. Poniżej podajemy przykładowy przepis na krem dla osób ze skórą problematyczną.
Będzie potrzebne:
- 8 g oleju krokoszowego
- 2 g tegomulsu
- 1 g syntetycznego olbrotu
- 30 ml wody destylowanej
- 10 kropli panthenolu
- 10 kropli gliceryny
- 10 kropli pichtowego olejku eterycznego
- 1 g witaminy B3
- 2 g spirytusu
Poza wymienionymi składnikami potrzebujemy oczywiście zlewek, garnka, bagietki, termometru i docelowego opakowania na krem.
Na pierwszym etapie sporządzania tego kremu stapiamy fazę tłuszczową na łaźni wodnej. W jej skład wchodzą olej krokoszowy, tegomuls i olbrot syntetyczny. Wymienione składniki umieszczamy w zlewce, którą wkładamy do garnka z ciepłą wodą (możemy go ewentualnie postawić jeszcze na małym ogniu). Fazę tłuszczową mieszamy. W międzyczasie około 25 ml wody destylowanej podgrzewamy do temperatury około 60 stopni Celsjusza.
Do płynnej już fazy tłuszczowej powoli dodajemy podgrzaną wodę, cały czas mieszając fazę tłuszczową. W 5 ml wody, które nam pozostały, rozpuszczamy niacynamid (witaminę B3). Otrzymany w ten sposób roztwór dodajemy do emulsji, która już ostygła. Następnie uzupełniamy ją o panthenol, glicerynę, pichtowy olejek eteryczny oraz spirytus. Po dodaniu do emulsji wszystkich składników, należy ją dokładnie wymieszać.
Tak przygotowany kosmetyk przenosimy do przygotowanego wcześniej – czystego i suchego – opakowania.
